To most effectively use this file, burn these files to a CD or a flash drive before you reinstall your operating system. Then, you have a resource with all of the install files you need to get your machine operational. You can then use each one's update function (if it is not automatic) to get the latest updates. You may need to run Windows Update to get Service Pack 2 for some of these items, though.
