Total Commander - a popular file manager with almost all the necessary functions of such programs. Besides all the functionalities specific to the file managers, Total Commander built a very comfortable viewer for multimedia and graphics files, unpacking of ZIP, ARJ, LZH, RAR, UC2, TAR, GZ, CAB, ACE and additional dll for other zip files, using built-in ftp-client you can download / upload files to multiple streams, there are parallel downloads, support for www-proxy when using ftp and there's even a feature as connection-downloads-off at a specified time to a specified ftp.
