Đặt patch vào thư mục cài đặt IDM rùi mới chạy( C:\Program Files\Internet Download Manager\ )
Với Windows 7 hay Vista thì patch phải chạy dưới quyền admin, Run as Administrators... thì mới patch thành công. Bổ sung thêm là phải tắt UAC đi nữa.
Tắt IDM, Antivirus đi trước khi patch.
