Để Mai Tính xoay quanh mối quan hệ giữa hai nhân vật Dũng (Dustin Nguyễn) và cô ca sỹ xinh đẹp Mai (Kathy Uyên). Cách đây 5 năm, Mai, cô Việt kiều Đức luôn ấp ủ trở thành một ca sỹ thành công trên sân khấu biểu diễn Sài Gòn. Nhưng theo lời gọi của trái tim, Mai rời bỏ ban nhạc, bạn bè cũng như giã từ luôn ước mơ nổi tiếng. Sau khoảng thời gian xa quê hương, cô quay trở lại Sài Gòn và tình cờ gặp Dũng (Dustin Nguyễn), một nhân viên khách sạn hiền lành, tốt bụng. Chính Dũng đã cổ vũ Mai quay trở lại với âm nhạc, thay vì chấp nhận cuộc sống đầy gò bó bên vị doanh nhân thành đạt. Nhưng địa vị xã hội hoàn toàn trái ngược đã ngăn họ đến với nhau, đặc biệt khi ông chủ khách sạn đầy quyền lực Antoine (Charlie Nguyễn) có thể biến giấc mơ của Mai thành sự thật.
