Cụ thể, ZoneAlarm ForceField sẽ không cho Trojan, virus và các loại mã độc hại khác tác động đến Registry hay hệ thống tập tin thực. Ngoài ra, ZoneAlarm ForceField còn ngăn chặn những trang web lừa đảo (phishing) bằng cách đưa ra các cảnh báo khi nhận thấy những hành động nguy hiểm như keylogging, screenlogging và tải về chương trình độc hại.
