i reintall 3 time already but not work i cry with this virus
What do you mean reinstall 3 times?
If the re installation has been done, so the virus has be disappear!

yes i reintall 3 time as system recover , i fomat hard drive , delete every thing
when the window reopen i see this virus again they dont die ,this virus dont let u download and no way to updates have the error code 80244019
i call my computer help center they say i have to pay $90 dollar for fix it
